Shared meals and nourishing food experiences that support connection and wellbeing.

Event & Retreat Catering

Whole-food catering is an extension of how I cook and live - intuitively, seasonally, and with care.

Meals are vegetarian, balanced, and deeply nourishing, prepared with an emphasis on simplicity, quality ingredients, and presence in the process. Cooking is approached as a mindful practice, creating food that feels grounding, supportive, and generous.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked as a retreat chef with Happy Buddha Retreats and Thrive Retreats, where food plays a central role in supporting people through rest, reflection, and connection. Through this work, my appreciation for nourishment has only deepened - not just for the food itself, but for what it offers people when they’re able to relax, be cared for, and eat well without the background concerns of planning, cooking, or logistics.

This offering is well suited to retreats, workshops, group gatherings, and events where food is intended to support people - not distract from the experience.
