  • Consultations are available both in person (Wentworth Falls clinic) and via Telehealth. This allows flexibility depending on your location, schedule, and preferences. Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure video call and are just as thorough and personalised as in-person appointments.
    Clarity calls are conducted via telephone calls.

  • The clarity call is a complimentary 15-minute conversation designed to help us determine whether working together is the right fit. We’ll briefly discuss your current concerns, goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for, and I’ll outline how I work and the options available to you. There’s no pressure to commit - it’s simply a space for clarity and direction.

  • In most cases, I recommend starting with a clarity call to ensure the support offered aligns with your needs. However, if you’re confident about the service you’d like to book, you’re welcome to do just that.

  • Before your initial consultation, you’ll receive a brief intake form to complete, including current medication and supplement routines. This helps gather relevant information about your health history, lifestyle, and goals so our time together can be used effectively. It is also helpful to have any recent pathology results available for the consultation.

  • The number of consultations varies depending on your goals, health history, and the level of support you’re seeking. Some clients benefit from a small number of sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over time. This can be discussed during your clarity call or initial consultation and reviewed as your needs evolve.

  • Where clinically appropriate, personalised meal plans are provided. In most cases, I focus on building skills, understanding, and confidence around food without prescriptive dietary plans.

  • Private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your level of cover and provider. I recommend checking directly with your insurer to confirm eligibility. If you need supporting documentation, this can be provided.

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and respects the time set aside for your session.
